Woburn Sunroom Refresh

Just a few houses down from our Woburn Basement Buildout project from 2022, we were referred to these neighbors to help them conceptualize a plan for this underutilized sunroom space. The room leads out to their well-finished backyard space complete with pool, fire-pit, lounge chairs and entertaining areas, and this busy family was eager to create a functional space to transition from the backyard pool to the main open concept living-dining room space.

For this project, we focused on outdoor and family friendly furniture and rugs to create a cozy space that would allow for easy transitions between the exterior pool and the house. We added a decorative light fixture and subtle coastal elements through our material selections, included the woven wood window shades to add a much needed privacy option for this particular space.
