Southend Living Room Reno

I first met this lovely Southend couple after JessFinessed staged their previous home. They told us “We are sad to leave seeing how good our homes looks now, we want our new home to look that good!”

Part of their challenge in the new space was a basement level open concept kitchen/living room with a major lack of storage. We designed the built-in feature wall to take advantage of the underutilized space above, using the arched shelving nooks to mimic the arched shape of the front door on the floor above to give the space a sense of cohesiveness. The art lights and electric fireplace were added to help brighten the space and create a cozier atmosphere for spending evenings as a family.
